In order to easily find assets, it can be useful to add additional information. This can be done through tags. A tag is a combination of a label, for example, "customer name" and a value, for example "ISI". Within Kiliman, Tagsets can be created, a collection of fields with its own label and a value whether or not filled in. These values can also be filled in by the API, allowing for far-reaching automation. An example of a tagset:
There are of course infinite possibilities, for this also applies: Use in moderation, especially if it has to be filled in manually.
In the tagsets only text fields are now possible, which will probably be expanded in the future.
Tags are an efficient way of searching, using them can greatly increase the search speed, especially with large amounts of data.
