Categories and Products

Categories

It is possible in the webshop to create products and divide them into different categories.
A category itself can also be divided into subcategories.

Create a new category

In the left column, 4 buttons are visible:

With the plus a new category can be created, with the minus a category can be removed and the arrow keys the order of the categories can be changed.

If the + is pressed, a number of fields appear in the main window that need to be filled in.

Above
Here you can distinguish between a main category and a subcategory. By default, each newly created category is a main category. By default, it will be under the 'root'.
If it concerns a subcategory, you can choose under which main category it should be placed by clicking on 'Change'. A window opens showing the categories of the webshop. Click on the category under which this category should fall. Should the category become a main category, click on 'root'. After this action, the window closes automatically.

Name
This is the name of the category; this is a required field. This will also be in the left menu on this page, but also in the webshop itself. This is also the headline of the category when selected.

Description
This can be completed by clicking Change under Name. This text will be listed in the webshop under the category name. This is filled in in a separate screen, where there is the choice between a 'design' input and the HTML input. It is also possible to see a preview.
In addition, metadata can also be filled in here.Seo.

Expanded in menu
This function applies if there are subcategories under the relevant category. Once this is checked, it ensures that this category immediately shows the underlying subcategories when a new customer visits the webshop.

This only happens the first time, then displaying categories is based on the use of Cookies, which makes the menu always look the way the customer last left it.

External URL
This allows an iFrame to be added to the category page.

Open external site
By ticking 'Open external site' it is possible to fill in an external site URL. When the category is clicked in the webshop, the indicated website will open.

Image
Here it is possible to place an image in a subcategory.

With a main category, an image can also be uploaded, but it is not visible in the webshop. In a subcategory, it is advisable to choose an image. When the customer clicks on a main category, the possible description and the thumbnails of the subcategories will appear in the screen next to it. Then it is nice when the thumbnails are filled with images.

Upload of Icon
It is possible to place an icon in both the head and subcategories. These will be shown in the webshop on the left side of the name of the relevant category in the menu.

InfoNotes

If the icon options have been chosen, it is possible to close the window after the orderer has made a choice.
This functionality still needs to be configured.

Display of products

Two views are possible: thumbnails and rules.

Thumbnails

Rules

Products by page
Here you can indicate how many products are shown per page on the page.
This works for both views: thumbnails and rules.

Price
Here it can be indicated whether the price should be shown in the webshop (checked) or not (checked out).
(It can also be determined per group whether the prices are shown per group.)

Product name
Here it can be indicated whether the product name should be shown in the webshop (checked) or not (checked out).

Thumbnail view
Here it can be indicated whether the products in this (sub)category should be shown as thumbnails (checked) or in a line (checked out). The user can adjust this himself in the webshop.

When you choose to show products by line, the options 'Price', 'Product Name' and 'Product Description' are active.
If thumbnail view is chosen, only the options 'Price' and 'Product Name' are active.

Products by Rule
For the thumbnail view, you can choose how many thumbnails must be shown per line. The maximum number is 4.

Product description
Here it can be indicated whether in the list view the product description should also be shown (checked) or not (checked out). This option is not active when Thumbnail view is checked.

Changing an existing category

If an existing category needs to be changed, select it and click the Change button at the bottom. Make the changes, and then click Save.

Delete an existing category

A category can be removed by selecting the relevant category and then clicking on the -. The products that are in this category are not permanently removed, but moved to the Archive folder. Here it is possible to return a product from the archive. On the front, the products from the archive are not visible.

Products

Create a new product

On the left, select the category the product should enter. Click the + in the top right. This is how a new product is created. In the main window, enter fields are now shown where data from the product can be entered. These fields will also be visible under the General tab, when the product is modified and/or supplemented with further information after it has been created. After the product has been created, it can be selected and other information can be filled in by clicking ....

Show advanced product features
If this is checked, more options will emerge where information can be filled in. This is not necessary for every product. The options that emerge with the check are marked below with a single asterisk (*) behind the option. The two stars (**) options only become visible when the product is created and further information about the product is added.

Above
A product can only be created if a category is selected. The new product automatically ends up in this category. It is possible to place the products in a different category. Go to the product and click Change (...). At the top is now Above. Click Change to determine what the new parent category should be. A window will appear where all (sub)categories can be found. Choose a category here and the window closes automatically.

Language**
Select a language. For this language, the underlying fields will be filled in. By default, you can choose from four languages: Dutch, French, German and English. It is important to note that all information entered must be reset by language. For example, it is possible to enter different prices for England (pounds) and do not offer English customers the possibility to order a sample.

Name
Name of the product.

Load external product
When this option is checked, a URL can be entered from an external product page. The other tabs, as described below, no longer apply, as it concerns an already created but external product. If the user clicks on the product in the webshop, the indicated URL is opened in a new tab.

Invoice name*
Here you can choose to have a different name appear on the invoice. The name for the invoice can be filled in here.

Description**
The description is shown under the name in the webshop.
In addition, metadata can also be filled in here.Seo.
InfoThe description of the product is not visible when the product is created the first time. Once the necessary information is filled in and stored, the product can be changed again.

Format*
Here, the size of the product can be filled in (if applicable). This will be found in the webshop between all information when clicking on the product.

Width & Height (mm)*
The values entered here are sent in an XML (Jobticket) for further automation. For example, automatically insert business cards on a pressure sheet.

VAT Type
Select the VAT type associated with the product here. You can choose from the usual VAT types per country. In the Netherlands, this is 21%, 9% and 0%. This is indicated by High, Low and Zero. It is also indicated in the International section.

Purchase price*
Here the purchase price of the product can be entered here. This can give a good overview.
The delivery of a product can also be outsourced to a supplier. On the Suppliers page it can be indicated how much margin must be on the products of that supplier. The supplier is linked to the product at the 'Logistics' tab. If a purchase price and a selling price is now entered, the webshop will give a warning if the margin between the purchase and sale price is lower than the margin indicated by Suppliers.

Price
This is the price shown in the webshop. Price input including VAT can be chosen. This is the only place in the back office where prices can optionally be entered. Please note that the prices in the rest of the webshop are exclusive of VAT. When the price is entered, the excl. VAT and incl. VAT price indicated below.

Skip product page*
If skipping product page is clicked, the customer comes directly to the shopping cart (static product) or the input screen of Docuboxx, ControlboxxPlus. The intermediate screen where the options and quantity can be chosen is skipped.

Allow deferred delivery*
For each product, it can be indicated whether it is possible to apply a deferred delivery to this. This means that the customer already pays off, but only later completes his order. This product will only be put into production. When documents can be personalised, such as birth cards, the customer can also adjust them so that text and image can be added at the last minute.

How does it work?
In the event of a regular delivery, i.e. without delayed delivery, the delivery date of the last product to be delivered is maintained for several products. If there is a product in between with a deferred delivery, the delivery of the other products simply takes place. The last product with postponed delivery will not yet be included. It is not possible to enter a date yet. This can then be decided later. If a date has been entered and it deviates from the delivery date of other products, partial deliveries will take place. The deferred delivery without date can be found at My Orders. Delivery can also be changed here. The customer and the webshop will receive an e-mail of any change in the status of the order.

Allow request sample*
Here it can be set whether the customer can request a sample of this product. A sample is a (standard) product that involves no costs. If this option is checked, there will be a button at the bottom of the webshop with 'require model card'.

Allow application trial*
The customer can request a trial of the product he has just drawn up via Docuboxx/Docudesign. This is an order with the number 1, for which you have to pay. When a customer chooses this, the test will be in the shopping cart for the fixed price. The price of the test can be entered as soon as the box is checked. The price is entered excluding VAT and below it can be read how much the price including VAT is. In the webshop 'application trial' will be displayed when this option has been chosen.

Allow file upload*
It is possible to send a file with an order. By ticking 'Allow file upload', for example, an Excel file for running an email can be sent when an order.

Image
An image for the product can be set here. This will be included in the product overview (with and without thumbnail view) and with the details when this product is checked.

This option allows you to add the product directly to all catalogues that have checked the relevant category, to which the product is added. The newly added product will therefore be automatically checked.
If this is not desired, the option can be unchecked and the product will have to be checked manually in the catalogues.
Info
By default, this option is checked, but by configuration it can also be unchecked by default. If desired, please contact our support department to adjust this.

Sales method

With sales method, you specify how it is packaged, the minimum order quantity and the starting costs per item.
InfoWhen the "Logistics" tab is checked in the "Logistics" tab, the "Sale Method" tab is not available.

Packaged by
Here it can be indicated how many pieces are in one product. This happens with, for example, cards and envelopes. If it is indicated that the product is packaged per 100, the customer will receive 100 pieces if he orders 1 product. This is indicated in the product details in the webshop.

Minimum quantity
Here you can specify how many products a customer must order at least. For a calling card, it is often the case that at least 50 tickets must be ordered. This can be set here.

Maximum quantity
Here you can specify how many items a customer can order for this product to the maximum.

Starting costs
Starting costs can be entered here. These are calculated per product; it makes no difference whether one or 50 products are ordered.

Composite product

This is used in a shelfproduct(Multipage Tool) that is made up of individual products from the shop.
By ticking the right products here, the orderer can compile a magazine from individual pages.

Assembly product

In this tab, assembly products can also be made. This allows packages of products to be made and offered as one product for the order. Think of office set: products such as a stapler, a perforator and a tape holder can be sold separately, but you could also offer it as a set.

To do this, select the "Fast" option for the "Fast" option.
Then click the + button and select the products to be included in the assembly. By ticking a (sub-)category, all available products in the category will be selected.

Info
Only products without options can be merged into a assembly product. Products with options cannot be selected.
Products where personalization is available cannot also be selected.
It is not possible to create a new assembly product from already existing assembly products. These cannot be checked during the selection.

When the desired products are selected for the assembly, click Save.

The table can now indicate how much of which product is in the assembly. Think, for example, of an assembly product of 1x adhesive tape holder and 3x adhesive tape.
By clicking on the - button, products can be removed from the assembly.
When the desired products and quantities are correct, click Save. The assembly product has now been created.

The price of the assembly product can be calculated automatically via a configuration option - adding up the prices of the basic products to achieve the price of the assembly.

The assembly products are displayed thick-pressed, the products used as basic products for the assembly are displayed shell print:

In the basic products you can see in which assembly products they appear:

Logistics

In Logistics, all data regarding the production and shipment of the product can be entered. The way of delivery, the supplier, the producer and the availability can be set. It is also possible to choose who will receive the High-Res PDF after an order.

Electronic Delivery
Products can be delivered in 2 ways, physically (i.e. really produce the product) and electronically. With an electronic delivery, a high-res PDF is sent to the customer and the customer can then have the product printed at his own printer. Customers only pay a fee for the use of the software. The latter happens with Electronic Episode. When checked, some fields will not apply; these fields are indicated below with an asterisk (*). This also applies to the Sales Method tab, which can no longer be seen when it comes to an electronic delivery.

Send highres PDF after ordering
For each product, it can be indicated whether the high-res PDF of a product should be sent. This is where you can set the high-res can be sent to.
Customer
Once checked, e-mail will be sent to the orderer containing a link to the high-res pdf.

Shop
When checking the store, e-mail is sent to the e-mail address from the store information containing a link to the high-res PDF.

Point comma separate email
Several e-mail addresses can be entered here. All these email addresses receive e-mail with a link to the high-res PDF.

Production schedule*
Here you can indicate the delivery time of a product. You can choose from a number of hours, days and working days, weeks. This will be reflected in the product details in the webshop.

Weight (gram)*
Weight each. This is the weight for the entire product, so even if there are 100 pieces in 1 product, the weight is calculated on the product.

Keeping stock
If there is a stock of product and it needs to be tracked, this option can be checked. This shows additional fields indicated below with two stars (**).

Stock (piece)**
Here is the number of pieces currently in stock. If an order takes place, these items will be debited from the stock. If it has been filled in that there are 200 pieces in 1 product, 200 will go off the stock when ordering 1 product. This is because 200 pieces have to be produced.

Min. Stock**
Here you can indicate what the minimum stock should be for this product.
When the relevant email template is configured and the minimum stock is exceeded, an email is sent to the shop owner.

Allow exceeding stock**
When this option is checked and the user orders a number of pieces that would exceed the stock, the orderer can still complete his order.
When this option is unchecked and the user orders a number of pieces that would exceed stock, the orderer will not be able to complete his/her order and a notification will appear: "The stock is not sufficient, this item cannot be ordered."

Connect profile (stock)
When there is an externalMIS systemThen the link can be selected here.

Connect profile (order)

Article number
Here you can enter your own article numbers for administration and production.

Default supplier
A possible supplier of the product can be set up here. The supplier can be chosen from a pull-down list. Suppliers can be created on theSupplierspage.

Supplier art. Number
This is the article number assigned to the product by the supplier.

Shipping
Here it is possible to link a specific shipping method to a product; for example per product or length.
The shipping method available in the pull-down list is created at theDeliverypage.

Producer
Here is a possible manufacturer of the product to choose from a pull-down list. Producers are created on theProducerspage.

Producer Art. Number
This is the article number that the producer has assigned to the product.

Always available
The product is always too available to order in the webshop if this box is checked. When this is checked, it is not possible to tick the options below. These only apply if the product is not always available.

Product visible
Here it can be checked whether a product must be visible in the webshop. This makes it possible not to show attributes linked to products 'separately' in the webshop. The products are then only visible when a customer clicks on a product where this belongs as an attribute.

From/To (ddd-mm-yyyyy)
Here you can enter from when the product is available and until when.

Determined
When this is checked, the product is valid indefinitely after the date.

Order in advance allowed
If this option is enabled, customers can already see the product in the webshop, while it is not yet available. They can also order it. In the back office you can fill in from which date the product is available. This is therefore taken into account. The webshop states that the product details are only available from a certain date.

Offers

In the offers section, price offers can be entered. On the left are two buttons: + and -. This allows a product to be created [+] or removed [-] When an offer is created, the fields on the right become active.

Value
In this field you can choose the options below. In the Value field, the new price, discount rate or reduction can be entered.
  1. New price - This is a new fixed price for the product.
  2. Percentage - A discount rate that assumes the original price.
  3. Reduction - A fixed amount that is withdrawn from the price.

Valid from/to
The period of validity of the offer can be entered here. The offer will automatically appear in the webshop when the validity period starts and automatically disappears when it has expired.

Discount on options
By ticking discount on options, a discount is also given on the underlying options.

Product types

Here you can choose from different product types. Every type requires different things: a Docuboxx product requires an article code and a Print on demand product requires a low-res and a high-res PDF.

The following types are available:

No printing

This is a static article that cannot be changed. It is also a product that is not printed, for example staples or adhesive tape.

This is a static print article. The difference with 'No print' is that this product is printed, but no adjustments can be made to the content. Think, for example, standard stationery or envelopes with company logo.
When this option is selected, three boxes appear at the bottom:
Low-res PDF
Here a low-res PDF of the product can be uploaded here. The customer can see this.

High-res PDF
Here a high-res PDF of the product can be uploaded here. It is sent to the printer.

Original file
At Print on Demand it is also possible to upload an original file. Here the original file with which the HR and LR PDF can be uploaded. This can be, for example, an InDesign zip package with all the elements needed to create a PDF.
Add as asset
This option is also reflected in the product types 'Docuboxx' and 'DocuDesign/DirectUpload'. You only check this if you use the shelf; the individual publications are kept together.

Docuboxx

This allows a webshop product to be linked to a Docuboxx publication. Please enter the number specified in Docuboxx under the 'article number' of the publication. The webshop links the Docuboxx publication to the product. All fields that can be filled in Docuboxx can also be seen in the webshop.

Designer (DocuDesign/DirectUpload)

This links a webshop to a designer.

Controlboxx

With this product type, the customer can upload his own file in the webshop which is then checked and after agreement the product can be ordered.

Linking a webshop article to a Docuboxx publication
An existing Docuboxx publication is linked to an article in the webshop as follows:

1. Creating Docuboxx product
Make sure that the publication in Docuboxx has an article number. This article number can be entered in thePublicationspage. It can consist of numbers and letters. Please note that this is a unique article number; otherwise the connection between the webshop and Docuboxx will not run smoothly. The article number is case sensitive.

2. Linking product and publication - Docuboxx
Go to Categories and Products and select the product to be associated with Docuboxx. Click [...] and go to the 'Product type' tab. The product should become a Docuboxx item, so check the type of 'Docuboxx'. Now a box appears where the article number is entered. Enter exactly the same item number as in Docuboxx.

Shelf

With the shelf it is possible to compile a magazine from individual generator publications.
Here a URL to the shelf application can be filled in.

ISI.Connect.Live

If there is an external application, you canA product URL is entered for the external application.

Staffels & Options

At Staffels and Options, different quantities and options of a product can be determined. It is possible to hang different order quantities with corresponding prices on a product. Various options can also be added. This way the product can be assembled according to your own wishes. A price can also be added to each option. In the webshop, the customer can choose from all these staffs and options; the price is then automatically calculated.

The Staffels and Options window opens in a new window.

Calculation method

In the pop-up, a staff option can already be entered and the staffel created. The different options can also be selected later. Explanation of the different options is further down.

Do not enter order quantity option
When no calculation method is entered, the first method is automatically used (Variable order quantity). This can then be adjusted by clicking on 'Change order quantities' and then on the [Previous] button.

Page overview

At the top right corner another product can be chosen for which the staffels and options must be filled in. On the left is the Option Library. Here the options for all products can be entered throughout the webshop. First an option type is created and then the actual options come to hang out (the choice that the customer can make).

Option Library

Here are all the options types and options that can be hung on the products. Here, these options and options can also be managed here. This allows option types and options to be added, modified and removed. It is also possible to set a standard option for each type of options,

Create a new option
1. Add option types
By default, there is already one 'option' that includes all other options: the "Available options". When right clicked on it, a menu opens. The first choice in the menu is Add. Click on this one.

2. Customize option name
Now there will be a new option type to hang under Available options. This is called NEW + date + time. The name can be changed by double-clicking the option. This is the type of option that the customer sees in the webshop.

3. Add options
Under the newly created option type, the actual choices that the customer can make must be hung. For example, the species is Weight, and the options that hang underneath are 100, 200 and 300 grams. From this, the customer can choose in the webshop. These are made in the same way as the option type:
3.a. Add option
Right-click the option type and select Add.
3.b. Customize option name
Now there will be a new option to hang under the option type. Here too, the name can be changed by double-clicking.
This can be repeated until all the options are underneath. It is not possible to hang other options under the options. Another option type must be created for this. These can be combined later with the 'Product Options'.

Standard option
There may be 3 different weight options: 100, 200 and 300 grams. In the webshop these weights are shown in this order, but it may be that 200 must be the standard weight. By setting 200 grams as the default option, it is automatically shown first in the drop-down menu of the webshop.

Set a default option
1. Opening option
Open the options of an option type by clicking +

2. Select option to set as default
Select the option to be set as default and open the menu by right-clicking. When clicking on 'Create default option', it is set and the option is underlined. In addition, the option type is also underlined to indicate that a default option has been set for that option type.

3. Remove standard option
To remove the default, the menu can be opened in the same way and clicked on 'Delete default option'. The option is no longer underlined.

Only one option type can be set as default. It is not possible to create an option type by default.

Global institutions
Different option combinations can be made for a product. The price of a product may depend on the chosen option combination. For example, a product A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 can be chosen. Then you can choose from different finishes. The choice of options determines the final price.
The prices for all these different combinations can be entered separately, but it is also possible to create a global setting for an option type. In this case, it is about 'Global for product'.
It could also be that a certain type of options should be assigned to many different products. In order to avoid entering the price of an option type of option type for each product, a global setting can also be chosen here. In that case, it is about 'Global for shop'.

In addition, other options types of options can also be made worldwide, such as supplier, weight, packaging type, etc.

There are two types of global settings, global for product and global for shop. In addition, there is also an option to remove the global setting.

Global for product
If chosen, the staffels already entered will appear. By selecting a step, a price can be entered for the option type.
For example, folding costs € 5, - for 50 pieces, but if there are 100 it does not cost € 10, - but € 8, -. Behind the staffels, the price per step is also entered. The webshop calculates itself how much it costs in total and automatically executes it in the product.

Overall for shop
An option can also cost the same throughout the webshop, regardless of the quantity and which product. If 'Global for shop' is chosen, 1 prize can be entered. This is then automatically applied to all staffels throughout the shop.

Not overall
This makes it possible to no longer make the option global. If prices are already formed by the global option, this will remain.
When an option is made global, the option gets a green color. This way it is always visible.

Settings Option code
This option is used for Docuboxx and Controlboxx. A product with different options, a Generator/Docuboxx publication may not be the same with every option. For example, there is a business card for a supermarket. The customer can choose from 3 locations that all have a different color. This requires other Generator publications. Under Settings option code, a different publication can be linked to each option.
In the 'Set option code' popup, enter "ArticleNumber" under Name. Then select the option to which a publication should be linked to. In Code you enter the article number of the publication (this can be found on thePublicationspage). After saving it, the publication is linked to the option. Various publications can be linked to one product.

In addition to the above use, the option code can also be used for theExcel calculation(or Excel calculation) to minimize the margin of error between the Excel file and the portal.

Meta-data institutions
This is a setting that is used with the extended Direct upload with Preflight. Explanation of this option can be found in the Direct Upload manual with Preflight.

Note
It is possible to send a comment with an option; it can be set as a mandatory or free field. Here, the user can enter variable text himself.

Options view settings
Options can be displayed in different ways in the webshop: with radio buttons, in a dropdown menu or as an icon. The selected view applies to all options in the option category.
In the case of an icon, an icon must be uploaded. See below.

Upload icon
It is possible to upload a small icon that will be placed next to the choice choice in the front. This can clarify an option. The icon is placed small and square.

It is possible to provide variable data per option. Think, for example, of the number of pages, colors and sizes.

Translation
With this option it is possible to translate all options and options into English, French and German. When an option type is selected, the underlying options can be translated. The option type itself can also be translated by clicking on the link 'click here to translate the option type'. When the webshop will now appear in a different language, all options and options will translate.

Activate
This way, a deactivated option can be reactivated (see deactivate).

Deactivate
This way, an option can be deactivated. This means that it is temporarily no longer visible to the customer in the webshop.

Removing
An option can be removed here. This is only possible if the option is not linked to any product, otherwise it will not be removed.

Product Options

In the middle column, the Product Options, the different options can be assigned to the product.
Add options to a product
At the top of the column is: Selected product: {product}. Below the options can be hung.

1. Add option types to a product
Select the option type in the Option Library and hold down the left mouse button. Then drag the option type to the tree structure and release the left mouse button. The type of options with the underlying options now hangs under the product.

2. Add multiple options that should always be chosen
In case an option type of options combinations must be available for all options (and therefore does not have specific dependencies on other options), they can be hung among each other as an option type. However, there must always be one parent option.
Example:
  1. Material 1
    1. + Format
    2. + Color
  2. Material 2
    1. + Format
    2. +Color

3. Add specific options to a product
Options can also be specifically added to the tree one by one. To do this, open the options within an option type by clicking the + in the Option Library. Then select the specific option and hold down the left mouse button. Drag it to the place where this option should hang under and release the left mouse button.

In the same way, many more options can be added.

Example:
  1. Material 1
    1. Format 1
    2. Format 2
      1. Color A
      2. Color B
    3. Format 3
      1. Color A
      2. Color B
      3. Color C
  2. Material 2
    1. Format 1
    2. Format 2
    3. Format 3
In this example, material is the first option in the webshop for this product. Because under Material 1 and 2, the option size will also be visible as a second option.
However, the 'colour' option has a dependence and can only be chosen when the combinations [Material 1/Formate 2] or [Material 1/Formate 3]. If that is the case, an additional option field will be visible in the webshop for the options type of Color.
If there is only one option for the option type, it will be automatically filled in the webshop; the customer cannot adjust it.

Idea
We recommend that you first create a schedule with the order of option types. Once they hang together, the order of the options types can no longer be changed. The only way is to remove and add the relevant options.

If an option is right-click here, there are also a number of available settings for the options:

Up/down
If possible, it is possible to change the order of the different options within an option type (so Material cannot be exchanged with Color by means of Up/Down). For example, an option can be shifted up or down so that it can be seen in a different order in the drop-down in the shop.

Show staff/settings
Staffels and institutions can be provided here with prices and packaging types. Purchase prices, weight, colli and packaging type can also be filled in and the supplier can be viewed. This way, the overview is clearly visible. Show Staffel/Settings only the staffels and settings of the selected option.

Show all staffels/settings
This is almost the same as Toon staffel / institution with the only difference is that the staffels and settings are also shown here of all underlying options. If under the Weight - 190 grams there are still the options Fold -yes and Fold - no, then the dumbles and settings are also shown from the Fold option type.

Supplier institutions
It is possible to link an external supplier to an option. For example, when a product can only be made by a specific supplier. If there is a set staffel for the product, a supplier can be chosen per step, if necessary.
Suppliers are created at the bottom of theSupplierspage.

Settings option code
See explanation settings option code at Option Library above.

Setting meta-data
This is a setting used with the extended Controlboxx with Preflight. Explanation of this option can be found in the Controlboxx manual with Preflight.

document type (publication from Controlboxx):
bright, bleft, btop and Bbottom (off)
Pagecount (number of pages)
width and height (width and height)

Activate
For example, an option that has been deactivated can be reactivated (see deactivate).

Deactivate
This way, an option can be deactivated. This means that it is temporarily no longer visible to the customer in the webshop until it is reactivated again.

Removing
Here the option can be removed. If there were more options under the deleted option, they will also be deleted.

Product Staffels

In the right box, the staffels and settings will be displayed when selected in the middle column ('Show (all) staffel / settings'). Here it is possible to enter all prices. The staffels and packaging types can also be created here.

Change order quantities
Different order quantities can be filled in here. There is a choice between 3 types of order quantities:

Variable order quantity
Variable quantities are entered here, so the customer can decide for himself how many products he / she buys, whether these are 10 or 110. It is not intended that a price is entered for every possible order quantity. Different quantities are filled in. For example, it is from min. 10 and from 11 to 20. The last number is from 21 to max. A price is hung on these different quantities each. The webshop calculates itself the total amount that the customer has to pay. It is now possible to give quantum discount at a higher quantity. Then the price will be lower at the highest staffel. Also in the options, the prices are indicated individually.

Fixed order quantity
These are fixed quantities that the customer can order, so 10pcs, 50pcs or 100pcs. It is therefore not possible to order 55 pieces; it is also not possible to order more than the staff created for one product.
When filling in the prices, the total price must be entered. This concerns the total price of 10 pieces and the total price of 50 pieces. It also works the same thing for the options. The price for each option also applies to the total number of pieces.

Order quantity with fixed step
DIt is a staffel made up of order quantities and a fixed step. For example, the staff can be built up as a staffel of 100, 200 and 300 and then fixed steps of 50 ascending. In that case, it is therefore not possible to order 105 pieces; with a free entry, the number is rounded up by the webshop upwards.
When filling in the prices, the total price must be entered. This concerns the total price of 100, 200 and 300 pieces and then a price per step of 50. It also works the same thing for the options. The price for each option also applies to the total number of pieces.
Notes
NOTE: Fixed step cannot be used in combination with minimum and maximum values in sales method.

Change price calculation
When clicking on the link, a pop-up opens in which a file can be selected that determines the price calculation.

Amend packaging
Different types of packaging types can be created here. This is useful because larger quantities may be shipped in a different box than small quantities. Also, some products have other shapes that require other boxes.
Name
Here the name of the packaging is filled in. It is useful to enter a short name here or, for example, the code that is used internally for different packaging types.

Description
Here you can give a detailed description of the type of packaging type. For example, sizes are useful to indicate here.

Plus, Min and Diskette
With the Plus, a new product can be created. The name and description must be filled in. Then the floppy disk is clicked to save it. With the Min, packaging types are removed.

Add packaging type to a product
1. Opening staffels
Right-click on one of the options in the 'Product Options' column to open the menu and click on 'Show (all) staffel / settings'

2. Open packaging type column
Check the box at 'Show packaging type'. This shows an additional column. This is optional, but handy.

3. Select packaging type and enter price
Double-click on the staff to be filled in. This makes the fields for the staffel available and a price for the packaging can be added for that staffel.

When a customer orders the product now, the order overview shows which packaging type belongs to the product.
