Dynamic Templates


It is possible to get a Controlboxx productequipped with an example decor such as with text, background colorand/or image. The orderer will then see a made productAs an example or inspiration that he/she can then adjust.

Create a dynamic template

To create a dynamic template, click on 'New'. Now a window will open.
Fill in the fields here. All fields must be filled in.


Name
FillHere is a name of the dynamic template. This name will be needed laterfor the link with our webshop. This name can also be usedin a URL for an external link.
This name is only used for the link and not shown to the orderer.

Number of pages
Enter the number of pages that must consist of publication (maximum 8 pages).

Height and width
Enter the finished size here; for example, an A4 standing is 297 x 210 mm.
Alert
Watch out
These sizes must match the metadata in our shop.
In an external environment, these sizes must be sent exactly in the URL.

Graduation left, right, top and bottom
Please enter here how many mm bleed is needed for this publication.
The bleed is displayed as a red border at publication.

Once all fields are filled in, click on the 'Create' button.
Now the editor opens with 2 blank pages and the layout can be started.
In the example below, a double-sided card was chosen.


For the front of the card the text "Welcome to Hilversum" and a background image has been added.


For the back of the card a background image has been added.


The names of the dynamic template and the document type must be provided for our shop in the metadata of the shop/portal.



ForAn external shop must name the dynamic template together with theDocument type is included in the URL. In that case, check thebox for sending in the URL to the metadata.

When the orderer is in the shop and starts to personalize the product, the editor will be opened as follows:



Edit a dynamic template

ToCustomize a template, select the template and click on"Edit." The editor opens with the data that was previouslystored (with image/text).

Delete a dynamic template

To delete a template, select the template to be removed and click Delete.
