Kiliman overview

Welcome to Kiliman!

Kiliman's overview screen contains a number of basic parts that we would like to explain.

Assets are divided into albums and folders in Kiliman.

On the left of the screen you can see the albums available in thealbum overview.

You can sort it by name, creation date, or change date.

If you click on one, you will see the contents of the album in thealbum and leaflet overview.

It can contain folders containing assets, but also directly assets.

If you haven't selected anything yet, an overview of albums will be shown in this screen.

Depending on what is selected, the content of theAction menuchange.

The different actions will be explained separately later.

In theSearch windowTerms can be entered to search Kiliman.

See the section on search for further details.

In the top right you will find itSystem menuwhere various system functions are available such as the upload log and user settings such as language choice and logout. Under the gear menu you will only find functions if you are authorized to do so.
