Tags sets

Creating tagset

If you want to create or edit a tagset, go to the Tagsets item under settings (Dandwheel symbol) in the system menu.

New sets can be created with the tagsets and fields can be added or removed within a set.

A tag can be indicated whether it is mandatory. If this is checked, the user will only be able to continue when uploading or editing the tags when this field is filled in.

In the tag definition you can also enter a default value, which will be filled in for the user.

Link tagset

One tag set can be paired per album.

You can do this by choosing Change Album from the drop-down menu under the album

In step 3, you have the option to choose the tagset from the selection menu.

In the Asset overview, the values of the tags can be adjusted.

Click on the pens symbol with the additional information to start editing.

Select the checkmark when you're done, or use the cross to cancel.

When searching for "wood", the result will be the first to appear with the tag "wood"
