General

By using the Share command in the action menu, you can have a message sent that shares the selected assets and folders.

This has made file sharing very easy. The user gets a link in the email that gives him access to everything that has been shared, including the structure of leaflets. Within sharing, it can be chosen whether the user is entitled to download the originals.

Share assets(s)

Select one or more assets from the overview page and choose the Share command

Enter the email address, first and last name.

Indicate whether the addressee also gets access to the original of the asset.

Check the period of validity of access orPass onlyThis oneTo.

Finally, make a comment to provide any instructions.

Map(s) share

By ticking one or more folders in the overview page, you can use the Share command from the action menu to share these folders with the addressee of the mail. Fill in the form as discussed in Asset(s) parts above.

It is also possible to combine the sharing of folders and assets from the overview page. Select the folders and assets you want and follow the steps described above.

Album sharing

As with folders and assets, the album can be shared with users who do not have an account within Kiliman.

To share an album, choose the Share Album option from the selection menu under the album or from the menu at the album in the Album overview.
