Assets

When you click on the asset, you will end up in the preview screen:




Depending on the type of file, additional information is given here:
  1. General information:
    1. Original file name
    2. Owner (the one who uploaded it)
    3. Creation and change dates
  2. Additional information:
    1. information from the assigned Tagset. (See further with tags)
  3. File information:
    1. Depending on the type of file
      1. Grid image:
        1. Height and Width in pixels
        2. File size
      2. PDF or EPS:
        1. Complete preflight information (sizes, colors, resolution, fonts, etc.)
        2. File size
      3. Other file types
        1. No file information



PDF preview
If you look at a PDF that consists of multiple pages in the Asset Detail page, you have the option to browse the pages.



Actions with assets.
When opening an asset in the detail page, the possible options appear in the action menu.



Original and Preview are download options, see chapter "Download"
Sharing allows you to share the asset via email, see "Share"
Edit allows you to rename and description of the Asset:



Asset removal
You can delete an asset on the asset overview page.
You can use the menu under the thumbnail here per asset:



You can also delete multiple assets simultaneously by ticking the overview and then choosing the "Delete" command from the action menu.
