In addition to the possibility of an orderer toUploading images yourself, it is also possible toProvide an image bank to the orderer for Designer products.It can be set with the clipart.

Then you can create clipart albums yourself and link it to a product.

A clipart can have its own theme. In the example below, the theme 'Animals' theme is chosen.



Creating Clipart

Go to the Controlboxx/Designer back office.


Click on 'New'.

Enter a name from the clipart collection here.

Selectthe newly created clipart collection and select which images inThe clipart collection has to come. The available albums are earlier.added to the database (see above). In the example belowTwo albums were added to the database with the names."Marriage" and "Animals."



Link clipart to a product

Thename previously given to the clipart collection will be in the URL toControlboxx/Designer must be given to the clipart availableMake it for the orderer. In the case of an external webshop, it willExternal system must therefore send the name of the clipart collection.

Fromthe ISI shop is done with metadata from the shop/portal, some adjustedcan be in the Backoffice of the webshop/portal.
Go to the Backoffice of the webshop/portal.

Open the Categories and Products page and select the product for which the clipart collection should be available.
Click ... to change the product.
Then click on the Staffels and Options tab. Now the Staffels and Options page opens in a new tab of the browser.
At the Product Options, right-click the product name.
In the menu that is now open, click 'Set meta-data'.
In the 'clipart' field, enter the name of the clipart collection that has been created earlier.

Watch out!
This is case sensitive and only works in Designer mode.

Check the box behind the field to send it into the URL, and then click Save.

Whenthis Designer product is now ordered in the URL enteredclipart name are sent and the images from that clipart collectionavailable to the orderer.
