Companies


Here, a database can be built with business data needed for publication in the generator.
These are fixed data that can be used for various publications; for example, address details that must be placed on a business card, stationery, envelope and 'with compliments' card.

Creating a company







Click on the Companies button



Click Add Company to create a new business.
Now a new window will open.

Fill in all available company details that are necessary in the publication here and click on 'Save'.
This data will later be provided to anPublicationcan be linked.

Creating a branch

After creating a company, one or more branches can be linked to the company.
To do this, select the company to which the branch should be linked and click 'Add establishment'. This is done in the same way as creating a business.

Creating a department

After a company and a branch have been created, one or more departments can also be created.
To do this, select (the company and) the branch to which the department must be linked and click 'Add department'. This is done in the same way as creating a business.
