This role makes the Backoffice button in the webshop visible in the account menu or, when set, in the custom menu. Additional roles will need to be added to access the pages in the Backoffice. These can be set up in 'back-office roles' and 'docuboxx roles'.
In the front office you can see an extra button on the product pages with a question mark. When clicked, he/she can see the structure of the price of the product.
When a user needs additional rights in the front office of the webshop, but does not access to the back office, this role can be granted in combination with a role that has no relation to the back office, such as the Product Manager role.

This role can be used to manage through the front-end products.
On the Product Details page, some additional actions are available to the user with this role:
- Changing product details such as name, description and metadata
- Create a document as a product (this is only the case for Docuboxx Generator items - a POD document can be created based on a Generator product)
- Making product (in-)visible to other users (only with POD products made from a Docuboxx Generator item)
- Duplicating a product - this takes over all files, options and rights from the copied product (only with POD products made from a Docuboxx Generator article)
Catalog manager
This role can be used to update the catalog in the front of the shop or portal in the Backoffice at the front of the shop or portal. In addition to the thumbnail and list view, an additional view is available for users with this role: the catalog view can be opened by clicking on the € icon.
The user sees the purchase and sale prices and the product price in the catalogue view.
The user can only adjust the product price on this page by adjusting the amount directly or by adding a discount (e.g. "-5.00%") or surcharge (e.g. 10.00%). The user can also add or remove the products from the catalogue of his/her group(s) via a checkbox. The adjustments made here are also reflected in the catalog page in the Backoffice for the respective group.
Stock manager
Stock managers can order a stock for a product without actually having to place a real order. A user with this roll sees an extra button on the product page for ordering stock where he / she can fill in a number.
When clicking on 'Place production order' is clicked in the popup opened, a reference and the number can be filled in.
A correct configuration is required for the operation.
In case a document is created as a product (see Product Manager role), a user with the Document Editor role can also change the document as a product manager can. However, the user cannot complete it completely, but only save the changes. A product manager can then check the changes and still generate the change.
