Inspiration Wall

With the Inspiration Wall it is possible to publish publicationsshare from the image bank (Assetmanager) with other users in thePortal, not just within a group. This allows striking andSuccessful publications are shared and used within theorganization.

These publications are shown to the users of the portal in a specially intended album at the image bank.

These publications can be edited or ordered equally by all users who have access to the image bank.

Giving rights to share documents to group

Go toGroupsin the back office of the shop and select the group to share documents.

CheckMay share documents and select a supervisor. The Supervisorcan reject documents so that they are not placed on the inspiration wallBecome.

After ordering a new publication, the orderer is asked whether the document may be shared.

Share within your group

IfIf it is checked, the document will be shared within a group.Sharing within a group does not require approval. This one becomesHowever, not placed on the inspiration wall, but with all users inthe same group in My Documents under shared documents.

Add to inspiration wall

Share documents after order

Approving documents for the Inspiration Wall

Vote for publications in the Inspiration Wall
