The delivery date is not as expected

The calculation of the delivery date of a product depends on two factors: production schedules and shipping method.

Watch out!

Production schedules can be used in combination with delivery methods. In that case, the days and prices are added together.

If the delivery date is not as expected, check both the linked production schedule and delivery method.

In case the delivery date is different than expected, the following steps can be followed to see where the problem may be.

1. Check which production schedule is linked to the product (seeCategories and Products)
   
2. Check that the product has linked an option level of production (seeCategories and Products)
   
3. Check that the product has linked a delivery method (seeCategories and Products)
   
4. Check the production schedule that it is set correctly (seeProduction schedules)
   
5. Check with the group that a delivery method has been set up (seeGroups)
   
6. If not, check the default delivery method (seeInstitutions)
   
7. In both cases, check that the shipping method rates are set correctly (seeDelivery)
